In-Plant training is a training programme at the end of one’s Bachelor’s / Diploma courses in a reputed company for 4-6 months so that the students get an opportunity to explore their career field and experience real work situations and gain future employment contacts by networking with potential employers.

NICIT in association with MCBS has been providing training to B.E./Diploma students for the past 10 years. More than 2000 students of B.E./M.E./M.B.A./M.C.A./Diploma & ITI have taken benefits of this programme. MCBS provides training to more than 100 students every year
